Our fingerprinting service uses FBI FD-258 ink cards. For Alabama state background checks (state licensing, Alabama notary commissions, childcare worker checks, etc.), Alabama law requires use of IdentoGO/Gemalto facilities. We provide fingerprinting for all other federal, out-of-state, and international purposes.
Apostilles are only valid for countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. For non-Hague countries, additional embassy legalization may be required. We will inform you of these requirements during the consultation. Processing times for apostille services are estimates and depend on government agency timelines beyond our control.
